An excellent stop for short stays. The location is superb, with easy access to metro and bus services. Room offerings are satisfactory but can feel cramped with more guests. Issues with bathrooms and the noise can disrupt comfort. While it met my basic needs, the experience leaves room for improvement in several areas.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, addressing our needs promptly! The room was generous with excellent heating and amenities!

I stayed here for 14 nights with my fam, and it was a blast. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything! Our room was cozy and fit us perfectly. The breakfast was delicious too. We could even have it in-room! Just wish the sink was a bit bigger. Overall, I can't wait to go back!

Family Suitable Experience with Minor Issues

The location near the iconic monument was just unbeatable, we could walk everywhere and the staff made you feel welcomed. One night, when we returned late, they even helped us find a nearby restaurant that was still open, and the food was very nice.

My children wished for larger rooms. they felt cramped. A suggestion for improvement would be to make the breakfast more appealing for families, perhaps by offering free options for kids.

Consider requesting a room on lower floors for easier access, especially during busy check-in periods when the elevator may be crowded.
